Sometimes when you start Sejour Agency Office Automation software, you will receive a warning that your "Current database has not been backed up for at least 3 days" (like the one below):


You will have the choice between making a backup by "Append to Media" or "Overwrite to existing media" (see graphic below). Sejour™ recommends that you make regular "Append back Ups", and a full "Overwrite Back Up" once a month.

During the backup process Sejour program will be unresponsive. This is normal, and you should not try to restart the program until the backup is finished. After some time you will see the Info message below, and you can continue working normally.
