Web Reservation Automation allows the tour operators to enter the reservation data anytime from any place in the world. All checks and controls are made automatically by Web Reservation Automation. System instructs web users by giving hints and error messages the same way as in Sejour™. This module is designed mainly for tour operators abroad, and is used to enter reservation data directly to Sejour™ database. These reservations can be viewed in Sejour™ and edited if needed. The system also allows the tour operators to follow up the confirmation status of reservations made by them, and related invoice data calculated in Sejour™. Based on such criteria as Accommodation Dates, Region, Hotel Category, Room, Room Type, Board and Daily Price the tour operators can search for available hotels.

After checking for Hotel stop-sale and Special Offers, the search results are grouped by hotels. Based on users choice the price combinations can be added to reservation basket, or make a direct reservation.







The Special Offer list gives the tour operators information about the special offers and promotions available in hotels. The search is done based on such criteria as Reservation Dates, SPO type, Hotel.







The reservations in Web Reservation Automation are done the same way as in Sejour™. The allotment control is done at this stage.







From the Invoice List the operators can view the invoice details of all reservations made by them. The list can be grouped either by Hotels or by Voucher Number.







From the Reports menu the operator can get the following reports: Hotel Arrival List, Confirm List, Cancel Confirm List, Arrival Voucher List, Inhouse List and Stop Sale List.

All reports can be viewed in two modes: Summary View and Details View. In addition all reports can be exported to Excel (*.xls) format .
