Using these modules, agencies working with the Sejour Automation program can load reservations automatically . They have been custom designed especially for each agency, and eliminate mistakes in manual entry. Hence, agencies can obtain exact records and enter data rapidly. This saves money, as reservation workers can use their time more productively.

PNL Export Module

Airport traffic ,waiting times and check in processes are important for Agencies because they waste time and money. For this reason, agencies aim to complete all this work in as short a time as possible, and they need a list similar to that used by Handling Companies. Because of this sector’s needs, we have developed a PNL module.

With this module, it is possible to send the airport arrival and departure flight lists in PNL format. In this way, you can eliminate inefficiency, saving time and labor costs. Check in procedures can be carried out rapidly and smoothly.





Agency – Account Integration (Sedna Accountancy Automation)

This integration module has been created to work with accounting software based on SQL Server Tehcnology, and the Microsoft Windows operating system. Comprehensively designed definitions menus, and visual screen displays are ideal for entering of accounting codes. From the “Invoice Control” menu, hotel and tour operator invoice records can be exported to the relevant package program. It is not necessary to record invoices a second time, increasing productivity. You can record all invoices simultaneously.


Agency – Hotel Integration

San Computer, created this hotel communication module as an integral part of the Sejour program to minimise correspondance between hotels and agencies. It’s purpose is to increase worker productivity, and to ease the work of the Travel Agencies. Using an universal Excel format, it is compatible with all systems. Hotels save time for booking entries, and hotel confirmations can be delivered more quickly by agencies. This rapid communication also decreases the risk of confirmation coming too late.
