has developed in with C # .Net platform, with OLE connections, web based solutions and MSSQL database.


User based applications
are being easier by Sedna Hotel interface structure.

  • Users can create their own screen designs and free to make changes on the design by this specialty. Menu head lines’ can be changed by using drag and drop method.
  • Move the unneeded menus from screen Unneeded areas can be defined and moved from the screen by drop and drag method.
  • Customizing the menus by the same method;defined new menu head lines can be added to the screen by the ‘Column Chooser’ option.
  • Creating Group Lists This option offers users to create multiple subgroups After ‘Group by Box’ application; screen design will change to a grouping list which can be used as a report.
  • Function keys and Short cuts make the usage of the program easier.
  • Multiple screens; users can open more then one screen at the same time while using the program.
  • Quick agency contract module; agency contract entry’s being easier and quickerby copying the contracts, periods and special offers to another agency card.
  • Group General Report screen; Group Hotels’ Management can reach all the data bases from the different hotels which are connected with VPN and can create a group general report by drop and drag method of the menu headlines.

  • POS system integrates with magnetic, barcode, chip card systems.


PMS CENTRAL MODULE

  • Sedna Hotel integrates with all central modules and set developed connections to the centrals. Room phones open or close to out callings up to C/in, C/out or Room Change situations. Room statue changes approved from the central by the house keeping department.
  • Pay TV interactive TV integration enables to charge the Pay TV channels to the folio, do the pricing of the internet connections automatically.
  • Room card connections, get the room cards ready on the reservation status and change the key automatically on the room change status by inform the users.
  • Activity Planning / A la Carte Reservation: This module helps the activity planning and restaurant reservations, follows the activities which is used by guests. Also activity planning does the promotion applications and pricing of the activities.
  • This module can be used on the kiosks as well.

GUEST INTERNET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

  • Traffic record, band range, management, extra / free internet connection following system, credit card and SMS integration, reporting.


CRM

  • Especially for the group hotels’ repeat guest control by sharing the guest profile from the servers which are on the same network.
  • CRM creates guest data base which includes guest’s accommodation information and guest’s special demands to raise the guest satisfaction in the hotel.
  • Guest Questionnaire evaluation results give the periodic department and guest satisfaction tables for the management.
