The “Passenger Traffic” section gives you the possibility of following up your registered clients where arrival- departure, coach, guide plans can be arranged in the system.

This screen allows access to changed flight times, dates and flight numbers. Transfer rates are entered for the invoice arrangements. The “Info Cocktail” button is ready for you to manage and automatically register each line of Info Cocktail

 

In this screen daily info cocktail arrangements can be made easily. Daily client information, such as hotel and accommodation dates, flight information automatically obtained from the passenger traffic. You only need to arrange the info time, guide, info place and whether or not a coach is needed for the transfer. Info cocktail request forms can be printed from this menu in case you need to send them to the hotels.
